Do you believe that every learner deserves to feel the magic of being seen? So do we.
A Quote
“a major shift will be a change from thinking about face-to-face/onsite learning as the dominant way that learning is delivered, to one where learning is designed from the outset to be delivered seamlessly in three ways (onsite, online and paper based) where required.”

A Thought
This is, just quietly, paradigm-shifting stuff, isn’t it?
Are our school structures, systems and beliefs ready for it? What's in the way? - I’m sure you can think of many things, and no doubt have direct experience of them.
I wonder if hybrid cars are a useful metaphor? They keep moving, regardless of what’s driving the momentum behind that movement (ie, the electric or petrol motor). And, crucially, the person at the steering wheel is essential.
See how that metaphor works :) I’ll leave you to do the rest.
But, the paradigm-shift …
Imagine if we could use this moment to harness the best of what schools can offer and the best of what a kid’s life can offer so the connection between them becomes seamless.
An Action
Think, and record: what do you know about your students’ lives?
